Living Imperfection

...or why the guitar is made of wood!

Music is like life. With good preparation, it can represent a highly coherent, supreme order – an order that we perceive as harmony, pleasant and relaxing, or even healing.

Music comes in waves. Pauses serve a new wave, a new beginning, or an ending. Good music begins in silence and ends in silence. And in between, we embark on a journey: following the dance of notes, the highs and lows, tension and release, contraction and expansion.

Music plays with us. Constantly shifting frequencies stimulate a resonance, a vibration, a feeling within us. Disharmonies serve merely as a contrast to better recognize and appreciate harmony. They are a signpost pointing toward the harmony of our true self. And we only recognize disharmony once we have recognized harmony.

Thus, music is a powerful instrument for coming home. It guides us, allowing us to experience harmony even where disharmony prevails. When we consciously prepare our experiential space and calibrate our instruments directly to elementary frequencies of existence, something magical can unfold: a fully coherent vibration, a healing resonance, a playful dance with ourselves, the instrument, and life itself.

Yet in modern daily life, our antennas and internal tools have become overwhelmed. The continuous stream of data and information, constant interruptions, daily demands and challenges, postulated crises, and chronic stress create persistent energetic noise within us. We constantly attempt to control this chaos with our minds to protect ourselves, building rigid filters and belief systems that eventually sever us from genuine experience and life in its essence.

And right here is where we break out of the loop. You do not need to believe in sound healing or understand resonance and frequencies. That is the good news. Your body is not a philosophical debating club; it is a physical resonant body housing the antennas to make life tangible.

We connect the organic vibrations of the acoustic guitar with your body. With selected frequencies, we enter into resonance with the natural vibrations of life beyond the mind.

Crucial, however, is the intention with which you pick up the guitar. Because this is so essential, we deepen our understanding in the next step of what intention actually means and how a consciously set intention impacts our actions and outcomes in life. To do so, we examine the meaning of intention and how a goal and an intention differ from one another.

The Forgotten Meaning of Intention

Why Did I Create This Work?

Throughout my life, I have experienced many inner conflicts, particularly at the level of values and action. Too intense contact with other people exhausts me and jeopardizes my sense of stability and integrity. Nevertheless, I longed for coherence and flow experiences, peace, and feeling truly alive. Since the path through the mind and interpersonal dynamics was often blocked, I sought a more direct gateway.

Today, everyone mostly speaks of goals and rarely of intention. Yet intention is the true "mother" of belief and action. It is the conscious purpose, inner alignment, or deeper motive behind an action. It forms the mental starting point – the pure impulse – before energy flows into tangible implementation through decisions or actions. It answers the question "Why?".

The Key Difference: Goal vs. Intention

A goal lies in the future: It is a fixed, measurable endpoint (the "What"). Systemically, a goal is rigid. Stubbornly pursuing a goal often sacrifices the present for the future. If external variables change unexpectedly, clinging to the goal quickly leads to frustration, friction, and entropy.

Intention operates in the Here and Now: It is the quality and foundational vibration with which you travel (the "How" and "Why"). It is flexible. While the goal is the harbor you navigate toward, intention is your inner compass. Even if the original goal drops away, a clear intention keeps your system stable and coherent. The goal provides the outer structure; intention supplies the actual life energy.

Therefore it is essential:

Set a clear intention before every session, project, or meaningful endeavor.

Potential Risks & Pitfalls

  • Hidden Counter-Intentions: The greatest risk is self-sabotage. When your conscious intent collides with an unconscious belief or fear, friction arises. The system loses a massive amount of integrity and effectiveness.
  • Rigid Fixation on the "How": Mistaking an intention for a strictly timed project plan destroys necessary flexibility. An intention provides direction without dictating every exact path. Stubbornness blinds us to often much smarter solutions that only reveal themselves during the process.
  • Lack of Grounding: A mental alignment without a direct link to concrete action evaporates as mere wishful thinking.

My Personal Experience & Conclusion:

The body doesn't "believe" – it responds. When you consciously expose it to genuine, analog vibrations (such as those of an acoustic guitar), it naturally enters into resonance.

When your intention, pure frequency, and body align, true coherence emerges. Your internal system adopts this order, effortlessly scaling your intent into a genuine flow experience – and your mind often simply surrenders to this direct physical experience.

Practice this regularly, and this harmonic resonance becomes a permanent part of you.

Understanding Coherence

Intention aligns your system

Frequency creates vibration

Vibration can trigger resonance

Resonance can give rise to coherence

Coherence is experienced as harmony, ease, or flow

When your thinking (your intent/intention), feeling, and physical actions are aligned, you are coherent. You then have access to your full energy. You make clear decisions, work highly productively, and remain internally calm. There is no internal friction.

When we are incoherent (because, for instance, we do something we don't actually want to do, or because we are constantly distracted by smartphones), our internal systems work against each other. The result: stress, exhaustion, a sense of futility, and extreme loss of energy.

Because every single cell of our body is influenced by the environment and your thoughts, your consciousness, integrating and reflecting their energetic signature and information, the experience of coherence is so essential. My goal is to establish a living state in which the individual parts of your system are aligned once again so that they function as an ordered, harmonious unit – like a piece of music in which every note was set with intention.

To better understand this work, I propose a 3-level model to make the components of the project clearer. Within the framework of this model, I understand coherence as the art of conscious alignment. It arises when frequencies, thoughts, movements, relationships, or structures do not work against each other, but enter into resonance with one another on the basis of conscious design. Some of the methods presented here are well-researched scientifically, while others stem from traditional or spiritual realms of experience. The model makes no claim to completeness or universal validity, but rather serves as an invitation to your own exploration.

The 3 Levels of Coherence

1. Natürliche Kohärenz – sie entsteht ohne menschliches Zutun (Kristalle, Edelsteine, Pflanzen, Farben …)

→ For example, Aura-Soma integrates coherent, natural individual components into a coherent system. Due to evolutionary factors, our brain responds highly coherently to specific natural colors and scents because they signal safety to us.

2. Technische oder kulturelle Kohärenz – sie wird durch den Menschen unter Anwendung stimmiger Berechnungen geschaffen (Instrumente, Architektur, Musik, Mathematik).

→ The acoustic guitar is inherently a coherent instrument. When tuned properly, strumming the strings immediately produces a harmonious, coherent frequency spectrum. The effect is physically tangible.

3. Bewusste oder Wertekohärenz – sie entsteht durch die Art, wie Menschen miteinander umgehen.

→ This level could be called love. Except love would not simply be a feeling, but the conscious alignment of one's own thoughts and actions toward promoting coherence – within oneself, in relationships, and perhaps even between humanity, technology, and nature.

The Fundamental Prerequisite: Grounding

As different as these levels may appear, they follow a common law:

"Without concrete, physically tangible grounding, coherence remains a fleeting mental concept – it cannot take a durable, sustainable form in daily life."

Only the wood of the guitar, the breath in the chest, or the feet on the ground give pure vibration the substance it needs to endure in the physical world and withstand daily entropy.

Digital Devices: Why They Block True Resonance

When a smartphone, tablet, or laptop is switched on, it is not a passive object, but an extremely active transmitter. For our project, these devices are the strongest source of artificial noise (entropy) in the room.

They disrupt our natural balance (biological coherence) primarily on three levels:

  • High-Frequency Fog: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular networks (LTE, 5G) permanently flood the room with radiation in the Megahertz and Gigahertz ranges. The common 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band operates precisely in a range that directly affects water molecules, creating unnatural friction – and our body consists largely of water.
  • Rigid Machine Clock: The internal processor (CPU) of these devices operates at an artificial, extremely rigid, and fast rhythm. Simultaneously, the screen emits a noticeable magnetic field due to its refresh rate (e.g., 60 or 120 times per second).
  • Hard Digital Pulsing: Digital data does not flow in soft, organic waves. It is transmitted in rapid, machine-gun-like bursts. These deep digital clock frequencies heavily overlap with the subtle electrical rhythms through which our nervous system and cells communicate. Our system is essentially "overpowered."

Why Digital Streaming Does Not Work Here

Digital "healing frequencies" on social media, in videos, or apps are largely ineffective or even counterproductive. For our intent – stress reduction, relaxation, healing, and cultivating genuine coherence – this "digital fast food" is unusable.

  • Audio Compression: To save data, streaming services cut out the subtle, complex overtones and undertones necessary for true resonance. The soundscape is artificially flattened.
  • Lack of Physicality: Modern smartphone and laptop speakers simply cannot physically transmit real, room-filling vibrations to the body.

Practical Protocol: Creating Space for Coherence

To eliminate these artificial noise sources, brief preparation is key. Right before you start, apply the following steps:

  1. Smartphones
  4. Digitale Smartwatches
    → ablegen.

Note: This is not about demonizing the modern world. It is about awareness. Consuming digital offers mindlessly and constantly searching for "digital shortcuts" harms our capacity for perception. The rich variety of real, analog vibrations is vital for us to feel ourselves and remain truly alive.

Systemic Tuning Calculator (Smart Calibration): Select the tuning and then your desired target resonance. The system calculates backward to determine which concert pitch (A) the instrument must be tuned to so that the target frequency "locks in" as a pure harmonic node within a safe, physically playable string tension (405 – 465 Hz).

You can download and print your selected setting as a reference sticker for your guitar so you always know how each guitar is tuned.
